Fog and Rain and Storms…oh my!
After a rainy day yesterday followed by a stormy night (woke me up…grrr!), I peered out this morning and saw a heavy fog. In Texas, we run the gamut when it come to weather. This afternoon, they are predicting severe storms, with the threat of tornados. Right on schedule, since the first day of spring is tomorrow. I live in the southern end of what is known as Tornado Alley. We’ve been really fortunate here in recent years, although I have actually seen them touch down not far from me. A frightening, yet strangely beautiful sight.
The storms are predicted to start about 4:00 pm or so. Me, being selfish, I’m just hoping to get a chat in before all hell breaks loose.
