Back on track

Wowwww! I feel good! (Doing my best James Brown impersonation which, compared to the Godfather of Soul, is pathetic. :lol: )

jbrown.jpgI’m back on my jogging regimen and although it hurts like hell right now, it’s already helping my attitude. I’m determined to drop this holiday fat. When they tell you that exercise helps your mood, they’re not just whistling Dixie. I’d say this is the best I have felt since probably October of last year…which coincidentally was when I stopped exercising due to the weather and work/holiday season stress.

I have some wonderful things on the horizon to look forward to as well, and that always gives me a reason to get up in the morning.

Anyway, I hope the same good vibes for everyone out there who has stuck with me through all the down times. My heartfelt thanks! I know it seems this blog has turned into one big whine session, especially this year. Maybe the tide is turning, at least for a little while. I also hope to be the kind of friend who is there for others when they need me. :group-hug:

    I’m phasing bak into my exercise routine. Two to three days a week, and one hike on the weekends if weather permits. Won’t be long and it’ll 5+ days a week! Keep up the good work and motivationals couck…er…Kathy! :yes:

    Can’t tell you how uplifting it was to read your post. Umm… at least the first part. As for the jogging… well that makes this couch potato veeeeerrrry uncomfortable LOL!

    The last time I used my legs for what they were made was in Berlin… :oops:
