That’s Not Right!
The NFL has decided to hold some of their games for ransom this year.
We won’t be seeing the Cowboys game on Thursday, although it’s a regular season match, a national pastime, an American tradition. Why? Because it will only be aired on the NFL Network! Whose bright idea was this? We’ll also miss out on the December 22nd game. Nice job, NFL. Way to screw your fans!
I’m not bitter.
If I had a designated driver and a bunch of extra money just sitting around (ha!), I guess I could go to Buffalo Wild Wings and watch it, along with the masses. I don’t think they’d appreciate me going in there and taking up a table just to sit there and drink water so I can watch a football game.
This is just wrong. I don’t get it.
You can thank the 80′s for this greedy attitude businesses have toward their customers. (You don’t think the NFL is not getting a very nice pay day for having the game on the NFL network?)
If you would like, I will tape the game and send it to you. (With my Directv I get the NFL network). I realize I am probally breaking some copyright law, but with the big bucks the NFL network is giving the NFL, I figure they could stand to lose a few cents.
Nah, that’s ok.
I just felt like whining.
