Not much to write about, really. I’m still healing and since my immune system is down I’ve caught a cold which is not helping my attitude. 2007 has pretty much sucked so far.
Having said that, I’m reminded it can always be worse. There are people enduring terminal illnesses while touching people’s lives through their faith and relationship with God. Read Camille’s blog here. I’m ashamed of myself when I hear how strong some people are in darkest of trials. I have got to do better!
On my way home from work every day, I pass a sign that someone put up in front of their business. The most recent message says, “BARK LESS, WAG MORE.” You know, it makes perfect sense. If we could all “bark less,” wouldn’t the world be a better place? Leave it to our furry friends to have the right solution. That’s why I love them so.
We haven’t gotten a call from the vet yet to pick up Willow’s ashes. The waiting is hard.
The holding pattern of my life continues. I’m doing my best to be patient, so I hope you all will bear with me too!

I know it’s pretty weak to say that better times will come – but I think they will! Hang in there, Kathy, it’s sheer impossible for life to be bad forever…
