Don’t get me wrong. I would never wish for a tropical storm or hurricane to cause anyone harm. It’s a double-edged sword, though, strangely enough.

Living this far inland, we benefit from the remnants of these in the form of, you guessed it, RAIN! We have a 30% chance tonight and 70% tomorrow! Yessss! It also “cools” things down to the low to mid-90s. Believe it or not, it really does make a difference.

I guess every cloud really DOES have a silver lining. Must try to remember that. LOL
