I’m feeling a bit down today.  It wasn’t easy working a holiday while my husband was off yesterday.  At least I’ll be paid time and a half for the 1169.92 lines I typed yesterday.

Work is slow at the moment for some reason.  You would think doctors offices would be busy with all the school physicals, etc.  Apparently, summer is the most hectic time for medical care.  I wonder why that is.  As I type this, I’m waiting on work to come into my pool.  It’s still 15 minutes until I’m supposed to be logged in, but we were advised yesterday that we may have to flex our schedules today.  Hopefully, things will pick up later in the morning once our clients have a chance to assess what dictation they have to send.
