A Lost Art?
Question: Whatever happened to common courtesy? It has become a rarity rather than the norm, even among those who claim to love each other. I don’t understand, nor do I respond to people who insist on wielding their so-called power to get what they want. I left a job after 25 years for that very reason (among others).
It makes me really sad inside. I’m so far from perfect it’s not funny, but at least I try to treat others with respect and I don’t put myself up on a pedestal so I can look down on them. This is not a difficult thing to do. In fact, it’s as easy as a smile.
I hope you’re not referring to me, who’s been absent without apologies for soooo long….
