God is good, even when I’m not.
Yesterday afternoon, I got a phone call from Mary, the recruiter at Amphion Medical Solutions. I passed the entrance exam with a 94%! I almost fell over in shock! Mary was one of the most genuinely nice people I have ever had the pleasure to speak with. She made me feel so good about myself. She talked to me as if she had known me for years. All companies should be this way. (Take note, my previous employers!)
She emailed me Amphion’s benefit summary sheet and two links where I could go and test my internet download speed. I have an “interview” with her on Tuesday, February 5th, which I understand will consist of her giving me more information about the company and allowing me to ask questions. I will be giving her the phone numbers of my references at that time as well, and the results of my internet download speed (6880 kilobits on one test site and 8055 on the other).
I’m going to go back and practice on the ASUP reports so I can keep my “listening ear” in shape while I’m waiting.
Suddenly, the future feels bright! :sunny:

Oh Kathy I KNEW you could do it! I am so happy for you, and I’m sure you’re proud of yourself these days – if not, you really should be! You’ve been working hard on this. Congratulations, and good luck with the interview!
