Every (Under)dog Has Its Day

I can’t believe it. I rooted for the Giants in the Super Bowl and they pulled it off! This was so gratifying for some reason. I think it made me feel good because it just reinforces the idea that nothing is impossible. I was proud for Eli Manning and his team. It was great seeing Peyton cheering his bro on. I was really impressed at what a good game it was overall. Most Super Bowls are boring, but this one had me on the edge of my seat!

It was a feel-good type of game. In a way, it parallels what’s been going on in my life over the past 6 months. Obstacles can be overcome. I think it’s important to have that reminder every once in awhile. Let’s hear it for the underdogs of the world!

Oh, and Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers weren’t bad either. It’s about time we had some REAL music at a Super Bowl halftime! :guitarist: :drummer:
