Huff Puff

I jogged right at a 5K yesterday. That’s the first time I’ve made it that far in a couple of years. I usually have to stop long before that. I’m doing a 20-minute Gilad body sculpting workout at 6:00 a.m., and walking Wylie about a mile at lunch if my work schedule allows. After work is when I try to jog. During the summertime, it’s too hot for me to jog very far. I tend to get a migraine afterward if I get overheated, at least when I’m this out of shape.

Winter is coming on. I know I’m going to hop on that evil MANUAL DRIVE treadmill when it starts getting cold if I intend to get this weight off and keep it off. *sigh*

I can say that I am already feeling better just from cutting back on intake and increasing activity. I just hope I can stay motivated to continue. I am determined, and those of you who know me understand what THAT means. LOL
