The Roasting of the Green

Every year around the end of August, Albertsons gets in their batch of Hatch green chiles, fresh from New Mexico.  They roast them outside and have recipes and dips for their customers to try.  We always roast our own and then freeze them for multiple uses all year.  One more thing that lets me know that fall is almost here!
