Another Week Rolls On
We had a picture-perfect day on Saturday, so after our usual mundane chores, we rode our bikes on our 7-mile route. Bonus: I didn’t even black out this time! Meds must be adjusted. 
) I made Randy take the cell phone just in case something happened. Maybe it was that peace of mind that helped, who knows? It was really nice to get off my lazy butt and do something healthy for a change. I think it was the first day we’ve had sunshine without 40-mph winds. How could I not take advantage of that?
Supposed to be a very warm week, up to 90 on Wednesday so they say. I really am not wanting those 90s and 100s. It’s just too hot for me.
Honeysuckles are getting happy after several rain showers in combo with this sun. They like the heat, as long as they stay hydrated. My hummingbirds soon will be coming back. I’d love to get a feeder, but the last time we tried that, the wind blew all of the solution out. Not that a hummingbird could land in those hurricane-force winds. Poor babies. I need my handyman husband (poor Randy…LOL) to make one that is cemented into the ground like he did with our regular bird feeder. I don’t want much.
