I continue to be amazed by how some people are golden in this life no matter what they do. There’s always an excuse for why something goes wrong in their lives and instead of taking responsibility for anything or being reprimanded, they’re rewarded and coddled! Yet others who do their best to do the right thing get the total opposite. I will never understand how this world works. I guess that’s why there’s a heaven. Things of the world will always let you down. I hate feeling anger like this. Sometimes I wonder why God gave us this particular emotion when it’s such a negative (and unhealthy) thing.

Focusing on what’s really important always helps. I have a wonderful family and network of friends. Not people who are users, but truly good people with hearts. Do l deserve it? Heck no! I have a lot of stuff I need to constantly work on, mainly this anger issue.

When all is said and done, I have all kinds of reasons to be thankful. I call myself blessed!
